Privacy & Cookie Notice

Last updated: 16 July 2026

The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers, analytics, or advertising profiling. We don't follow you around the web, build a profile of you, or sell your data to anyone. The only information we hold is the alliance war data that members deliberately upload.

Who we are

This dashboard is a companion to the EnP Toolpak iOS app. It lets alliance members pool the war statistics they export from the app into a shared, read-only dashboard. If you have any question about this notice or your data, contact us at dorkusdumbledore@gmail.com.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking — in fact we set no cookies at all. There are no third-party ad networks, no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

The only thing we store in your browser is a single functional entry (via localStorage) that remembers the alliance code you type in to view your alliance's stats, purely so you don't have to re-type it next time. It stays on your device, is never transmitted for tracking, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

One optional exception, entirely in your control: the “Buy me some summons” button opens a donation panel hosted by Ko-fi. Nothing from Ko-fi loads unless you click that button; if you do open it, the panel is Ko-fi's own page in a frame and Ko-fi's privacy policy applies inside it.

What data we hold

War data reaches this site in one way only: alliance members push it from the EnP Toolpak app. From each push we keep a trimmed copy of the parts needed to build the dashboard:

The app additionally strips war notes, chat messages, roster records (real names, aliases, locations, join dates), app settings, and all screenshot data before anything is sent — and no images are ever uploaded. We do not collect real names, email addresses, precise location, payment details, or any special-category personal data.

Please note: a push from the app contains the (pseudonymized) war performance of other alliance members, not just the pusher. Only push data for an alliance you belong to, and be aware that anyone who holds your alliance code can view the compiled alliance statistics.

Why we hold it, and our legal basis

We use this data solely to calculate and display alliance war statistics — the purpose members upload it for. Under the GDPR our legal basis is legitimate interest (running a voluntary, community stats tool that members choose to contribute to). The data is limited to in-game gameplay information and is never used for marketing.

Who can see it

The public landing page shows anonymized, community-wide hero statistics — player names are replaced with meaningless tokens before they ever leave the server. It also lists which alliances are contributing — alliance name, war count, and an anonymous contributor breakdown (“Contributor 1”, “Contributor 2” …, each with a war count and last-active date). This matches what the app itself tells you before you upload: the data becomes public with individual player info hidden. We never show a contributor's device identifier, upload count elsewhere, or anything that could identify a specific person.

Your alliance's full dashboard (results, strategies, defenses, and the anonymized-pseudonym leaderboard) is visible only to people who enter your alliance's private code, so share that code only within your alliance. We do not share the underlying data with any third party.

How long we keep it — and removing your data

Uploaded data stays until it is removed. A member can remove their own contribution from within the EnP Toolpak app. If you'd like data about you taken down — for example, a former alliance tracked your name — email us at dorkusdumbledore@gmail.com and we'll remove it promptly.

Your rights

Because we hold personal data (in-game names and gameplay stats), you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, remove your contribution from within the EnP Toolpak app or contact us at dorkusdumbledore@gmail.com.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles data — for example, if advertising is ever introduced — we will update this page and its date first. Any ad partner we might use in future would be a privacy-respecting, non-tracking one, and we would update this notice before it goes live.
